Led by Defensive Player of the Year Rudy Gobert and Rookie of the Year Victor Wembanyama, host nation France took the floor against MVP runner-up Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Canadian Senior Men's National Team.

Gilgeous-Alexander proved to be the best player on the floor, pouring in 23 points in an 85-73 victory over France. Victor Wembanyama had to navigate early foul trouble, only finishing with 10 points.
