Anthony Davis had one of his best games of the season in the first meeting between the Lakers and Celtics.

It came in a 126-115 loss, but Davis led Los Angeles with 40 points, 13 rebounds and four assists. He shot 15-for-26 from the field while knocking down two 3-pointers and eight free throws.

The Lakers and Celtics will face off for the final time of the 2023-24 regular season Thursday. Will Davis be in uniform as L.A. looks to snap a two-game losing streak against the top team in the Eastern Conference?

Is Anthony Davis playing tonight?

The Lakers listed Davis as out against the Celtics due to bilateral Achilles tendinopathy and a left hip spasm.

Davis has appeared in 46 of 49 games this season, posting averages of 24.9 points, 12.1 rebounds and 2.3 blocks while shooting 55.4 percent from the field. The last game he was sidelined was Jan. 30.

The Lakers have a 24-22 record with Davis in the lineup this season. They're 0-3 in games he's missed.
