NASCAR will wrap up its winter West Coast tour Sunday with the Ruoff Mortgage 500 Cup Series race at Phoenix Raceway (3:47 p.m. ET green flag; Fox, TSN4, MRN).
Qualifying for the event took place Saturday. Ten drivers competed for the pole position, with each making a single-lap run around Phoenix's 1-mile oval after advancing out of the first round.
The Cup Series will return to Phoenix in November for the season-ending playoff championship race.

Who won the pole for the NASCAR race at Phoenix?
The pole went to Team Penske's Ryan Blaney, who posted a 132.709 mph lap in the final round of qualifying. He was the last of the 10 drivers to make a qualifying run in the round.

"Pretty great effort by the whole 12 group," Blaney said afterward. "Really good rebound from kind of the way our race ended last week, so hopefully, we've got a pretty good car for tomorrow. We'll see. Try to get a win."
Blaney finished 36th last weekend at Las Vegas after crashing in Stage 2.
Starting lineup for Phoenix race
Ryan Blaney and Denny Hamlin will start on the front row Sunday. The pole is Blaney's first of the season (four races).
Kyle Larson qualified seventh but will start at the rear of the field because of an unapproved change made by the No. 5 team after qualifying.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. will start in the back as well. His JTG Daugherty Racing team changed the engine in the No. 47 car following practice.
Only the 36 Cup Series charter teams were entered for the race.
