The UFC's middleweight division needs new contenders after the title fight between Sean Strickland and Dricus du Plessis at UFC 297. Roman Dolidze and Nassourdine Imavov look to stand out as they face one another on Feb. 3. UFC Vegas 85 airs on ESPN+ in the U.S.

Dolidze turned pro in 2016. The Georgian is a former WWFC light heavyweight champion who joined the UFC in 2020. He is 6-2 in the octagon and 4-2 in the middleweight division. The 35-year-old had his four-fight win streak snapped in March, losing against Marvin Vettori via a unanimous decision. Dolidze is ranked seventh in the middleweight rankings.

Ranked 11th, Imavov also turned pro in 2016. "The Sniper" is a former TFL welterweight champion who joined the UFC in 2020. He's 4-2 with one no-contest in the octagon and is 1-1-1 in his last three fights. Imavov last fought in June, with a fight against Chris Curtis ending in a no-contest following a clash of heads.
