Jorge Masvidal knows he'll have his hands full with Nate Diaz on Nov. 2 at Madison Square Garden, with the "Baddest Motherf—r" title up for grabs.
But when the name Conor McGregor came up Thursday, "Gamebred" let everyone know that it's for the best — especially for the UFC's sake — that he never gets put in the Octagon with "Notorious."

“That fight ... the president deemed it not good because they don’t want a murder charge on them,” Masvidal said on ESPN's "Get Up." “They’re not going to allow that to happen. The president himself already said it, so I don’t want to go to jail for killing nobody. It’s not what I want to do. I’m here to compete and to keep beating people up.”
He added: “The president said we couldn’t compete because I’m too much man, so that can’t happen. We’re different spectrums. [Dana White] is not going to allow that to happen.”
Indeed, White had previously stated that Masvidal is too big for McGregor.
During a Masvidal-Diaz press conference in New York City on Thursday, the former made sure to remind the UFC president about those comments one more time.
"The man right here (referring to White) said I'm too much man for that dude, so don't bring that dude up no more in my interviews," Masvidal said about McGregor to reporters. "[White] already said it himself, so that fight isn't available."
Seconds later, he called McGregor a "sissy."
White, though, didn't dispel the thought of McGregor stepping back into the octagon to face the winner of Masvidal-McGregor.
"Let's see how this plays out," White said of watching Masvidal-Diaz unfold first. "We'll see what happens."
