Bellator starts their 2020 campaign with the promotional debut of one of the greatest female fighters of all time as Cris "Cyborg" Justino challenges Julia Budd for the women's featherweight title from The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., live on DAZN.

Cyborg (21-2, one no-contest) has just about done it all in MMA. Throughout her illustrious career, Cyborg's won the Strikeforce, Invicta FC and the UFC women's 145-pound title. After suffering a defeat in her pro debut, Cyborg went on a tear by going on a 21-fight unbeaten streak that spanned over 13 years with 17 victories coming via stoppage.

With immortality in front of her, the train got derailed when Cyborg lost her women's featherweight title to Amanda Nunes in 51 seconds at UFC 232 in December 2018. She bounced back with a win over Felicia Spencer via unanimous decision in July at UFC 240, in the final fight on her UFC contract. In September it was announced that Cyborg would be taking her talents to Bellator in what company president Scott Coker declared as the "biggest contract in Women's MMA history".

Due to her standing in the sport and what she's accomplished, it was only natural for Cyborg to get a crack to win featherweight in a fourth major organization. Standing in her way though is the premier female fighter on the Bellator roster.

Since losing to Ronda Rousey in 39 seconds at a Strikeforce Challengers event in November 2011, Budd's gone on an unbelievable tear of her own, riding an 11-fight winning streak that is highlighted by stopping Marloes Coenen at Bellator 174 in March 2017 to become the first-ever women's featherweight titleholder.

Can Budd earn a legacy-defining win or does Cyborg make history?
