Neither Atlanta United or Toronto FC finished atop the MLS Eastern Conference regular-season standings, but there's an argument to be made that they are the two best teams from the conference anyway.
The Five Stripes will host the Reds on Wednesday night at Mercedes Benz Stadium for the East final, a match features the two most recent MLS Cup winners. Atlanta is looking to defend its 2018 crown, but it will need to get through a Toronto team that is no stranger to the big stage.
Despite missing the 2018 playoffs, TFC is preparing for its third conference final since 2016. Greg Vanney's men will put their perfect record in East finals on the line in one of the most intimidating venues in all of MLS.
