Vladimir Guerrero Jr. was activated from the disabled list on Tuesday and continued his rehab in Single-A.

The Blue Jays' top prospect went 2-for-4 with a double and two runs batted in for the Class-A Dunedin Blue Jays in a 4-0 win over the Florida Fire Frogs at Dunedin Stadium. Guerrero also made a fielding error in the second inning.

It was the latest step for Guerrero, who started his rehab last Friday with the GCL Blue Jays. He went 3-for-9 with two doubles during that stretch.

Guerrero, 19, hit the disabled list in early June with a left knee injury and was originally set to miss four weeks. Despite last week's report that Guerrero would be called up to Triple-A upon his return, the Blue Jays are instead easing the third baseman back into action.

Before the injury,  Guerrero slashed an impressive .407/.457/.667 with 11 home runs and 55 runs batted in in 53 games with the Double-A New Hampshire Fisher Cats. Guerrero will continue his rehab Fisher Cats as he's scheduled to report to the team on Thursday, per MLB Pipeline.

In addition to Guerrero, suspended closer Roberto Osuna started Tuesday's game and tossed a scoreless first inning. Osuna was transferred from the GCL to Single-A before the game as he pitched one inning on Saturday.

Osuna was suspended for 75 games for violating Major League Baseball's domestic violence policy. The closer was allowed to begin his rehab appearances this past Saturday and is eligible to be reinstated on Aug. 4.
