This year's iteration features an East Coast matchup between the Phillies and the Nationals. As the Phillies continue to scrap and claw for a wild card spot, the Nationals find themselves in a position to play spoiler although they're entirely out of the playoff race.
The Orioles defeated the Red Sox in last year's Classic. This will mark the second year in a row teams will don their normal jerseys instead of alternate threads.
