One of the surprise success stories of the 2024 MLB season, the Cleveland Guardians, will be playing in October after clinching a postseason spot.
The Guardians punched their playoff ticket on Thursday with a thrilling 3-2 extra-innings win over the Minnesota Twins. Now, the only question left is whether the Guardians or the New York Yankees will claim the No. 1 seed.
The top seed will take on the winner of the No. 4 vs. No. 5 Wild Card matchup, while the No. 2 seed will face the winner between the No. 3 and No. 6 seeds.
Here is everything you need to know in order to listen to Cleveland Guardians MLB games on the radio this season.

Tom Hamilton serves as the primary play-by-play voice for Newsradio WTAM 1100, joined by color commentator Rick Manning, while Andre Knott handles all the action from the sidelines.
In 1972, the Cleveland Indians signed LaSalle High School star and No. 1 draft pick Rick Manning, offering him the biggest salary and bonus package ever given to a Western New York athlete at the time.
Manning went on to play 13 seasons with the Indians and Brewers, posting a .257 batting average, racking up 1,349 hits, 56 home runs, 458 RBIs, and scoring 664 runs. His slick fielding also earned him a Gold Glove award during his solid career.
