Have you ever turned your head to find five hat-wearing sausages running straight toward you? It's a frightening experience.
Reds third baseman Eugenio Suarez encountered such a scenario Wednesday afternoon when he trotted onto the field during the Brewers' sixth-inning sausage mascot race. He didn't realize what was happening until it was almost too late.
Congrats, Eugenio Suarez.

Your name is Eugenio Sausage now.
Just before getting leveled by racer No. 3, Suarez turned his head and managed to slip behind the sprinting Italian sausage. He then threw his arms in the air, questioning what the human-sized meat was doing on the field during a game.
The Reds' dugout likely gave him a hard time, as he smiled toward the bench during the bottom of sixth and seemed to indicate he didn't see the sausages coming.
One thing is certain: Suarez will never again be caught off guard by an Italian sausage, Polish sausage, chorizo, bratwurst or frankfurter. It's important to stay vigilant in Milwaukee.
