For all the problems beleaguering baseball's most prominent league — and that was before the coronavirus pandemic — it's worth remembering that baseball, in its purest and simplest form, is unadulterated fun.

And while COVID-19 has deprived us of so many of baseball's joys, that doesn't mean there's no joy to be found.

Case in point: This video, which captures a father pitching to his son and reacting in the absolute best way possible when he dings a homer over centerfield.

There are so many things to love about this video, including both the dad and son's delayed reaction to the dinger, the epic bat flip, the dad hooting and hollering the entire way through, the chest pump, the big hug and the dad's refrain of, "You did it!"

All the best things about baseball, in one 30-second clip.
