Cardinals shortstop Paul DeJong has been solid ever since he reached the big leagues in 2017, but he hasn't really become a household name yet.

Part of his lack of recognition is that he's been good, not great. Part of it may be because St. Louis is a club that's historically seemed to emphasize team performance over individual excellence.

But if DeJong keeps smashing home runs of signage, he'll become much better known in his own right.

On Aug. 19, DeJong reached the "Big Mac Land" sign in St. Louis, breaking the "M" in the process.

He produced a similar feat Monday against the Brewers on Monday, drilling the "Miller Light" advertisement in center field with his 24th home run of the campaign.

As a first-time All Star in 2019, DeJong is already starting to climb the ranks of MLB shortstops. He's well on his way toward setting career-bests in home runs, RBIs and stolen bases. The Cardinals are in first place in the NL Central.

He'll accelerate the process with more of these long balls.
