Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. was ejected from Friday’s game against the Houston Astros.

After Guerrero struck out swinging in the seventh inning, he turned to home plate umpire Mike Estabrook and argued a call earlier in the at-bat. After expressing his displeasure, he then pointed at Estabrook and was subsequently tossed.

The ejection was the first of Guerrero's MLB career. He became the first Toronto rookie to be thrown out of a game since Aaron Sanchez in 2015.

The 20-year-old Guerrero went 0 for 3 with a walk and a strikeout before exiting. The Blue Jays lost the game 7-4.
