Best Blue Jays-Orioles prop bets today: Top SuperDraft player prop picks for Toronto's Tuesday night showdown image

The Blue Jays are continuing their latest tour of the United States this week and finish up their road trip in a familiar place. Toronto makes a stop at Camden Yards for a date with the division-leading Orioles before heading north of the border once again.

It's Yusei Kikuchi (9-4, 3.44 ERA, 3.91 xFIP) getting the nod for the Blue Jays against rookie Grayson Rodriguez (3-3, 5.44 ERA, 3.87 xFIP) for the Orioles in a battle of the birds. With time ticking down in the regular season, the Blue Jays sit just one game out of a wild-card spot and have a softer spot in the schedule coming up after getting through Baltimore.

Per usual, we compiled our favorite SuperDraft player props for tonight's action in the big leagues, but for our Canadian audience, we're highlighting our favorite over/under bets for Tuesday night's Blue Jays-Orioles showdown. Users who sign up for SuperDraft can pick their favorite over/unders via SuperDraft's Fantasy Props feature, bringing them closer to the action while having a chance to win cash prizes.

SuperDraft users can win 3X the amount wagered if their two-legged player prop parlay hits. Consequently, the more legs you add to your player prop parlay, the larger your potential payout becomes, but as the long odds indicate, completing a clean sweep is challenging.

Below, we'll break down four of our favorite SuperDraft player props for Tuesday night's Blue Jays-Orioles game. Users don't necessarily have to parlay all four picks together, though. Instead, you could make separate two-legged parlays to increase your win probability or attempt to hit it big if all three picks come through.

Best Blue Jays-Orioles prop bets today: SuperDraft player prop picks for Tuesday 8/22

*10x potential payout if users parlay all four correct picks

1. Brandon Belt, DH, Blue Jays — OVER 0.5 bases

Belt continues to be consistent. He's managed a hit in eight of the past 10 games and in four of seven against the Orioles this season. Considering his recent hot streak -- and how much O's starter Grayson Rodriguez has struggled against lefties this year (.269/.360/.529) -- Belt should be in a good position to log a hit tonight.

Because this bet is related to bases, it should be noted that Belt needs a hit of any kind and not specifically a single.

2. Vladimir Guerrero Jr., 1B, Blue Jays — UNDER 6 fantasy points

From one Blue Jay to another, Guerrero is trending somewhat in the opposite direction. The first baseman has only one extra-base hit in his past 10 games and hasn't homered since Aug. 4, which was the only time he did so this month. Without a multi-hit game, Guerrero will need a home run to beat his fantasy point total on Tuesday night. Ride the wave and take the UNDER.

3. Yusei Kikuchi, SP, Blue Jays — UNDER 6 strikeouts

Kikuchi has stepped up his strikeout game recently, hitting this number in three of his past four starts. However, that one start he failed to hit six punch-outs was against the Orioles on Aug. 2. Kikuchi has never been much of a strikeout pitcher against Baltimore, only recording more than four Ks in two of his 11 career starts.

Couple that with the fact that this Orioles team is much better than their 2019-22 counterparts -- as well as their respectable 25-percent strikeout rate this year -- and it's a recipe for a Kikuchi UNDER.

4. Adley Rutschman, C, Orioles — OVER 6 fantasy points

Rutschman has enjoyed some success against the Blue Jays' pitcher tonight. Baltimore's catcher has gone 3-for-11 against Kikuchi with two home runs. After a nine-game road trip, the Orioles return home, and Rutschman's home splits should have bettors jumping at the idea of wagering on an OVER.

In 55 games at Camden Yards this season, Rutschman owns a slash line of .320/.404/.552 to go along with 12 home runs and 30 RBIs. In comparison, he's played in 64 games on the road and managed just a .233/.341/.328 slash line with four home runs and 29 RBIs. With that in mind, returning to Baltimore for the first time since Aug. 10 should mean success for the Orioles' young star.
