U.S. Open 2019: Tiger Woods struggling to get going on Moving Day image

Tiger Woods has yet to get moving on Moving Day.

The 15-time major winner made the turn at 1 over for the tournament and 1 over on his day after posting two birdies and three bogeys in his first nine holes.

He bogeyed two of his first three holes on the day, which is a great indicator of how his morning has gone at Pebble Beach.

He was able to bounce back with back-to-back birdies at the fourth and fifth holes to get back to even par, though.

The problem, however, was he made bogey at the seventh and missed a makeable putt at the eighth to move back to even par for his round.

This was the first cut Woods has made at a U.S. Open since 2013, and he has shown some good progress.

He cleaned up his driving from the PGA Championship and had some good stretches in his first two days.

He simply hasn't been able to get going at the course yet, but he's running out of time to get into contention as the leaders haven't teed off yet.
