Tiger Woods continued an impressive return to the PGA Tour on Saturday by shooting a 2-under-par 70 in Round 3 of the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines.
Woods' score was a stroke better than the 71 he shot in Round 2 and two better than his 72 in Round 1. He is 3 under for the tournament.
A clutch short game saved Tiger throughout his third round as he struggled to stay on the fairway. He made it onto only three fairways and nine greens.
Alex Noren rose to the top of the leaderboard in Round 3. He ended the day at 11 under, one shot ahead of second-round leader Ryan Palmer.

Tiger and Phil Mickelson could be playing at the same time Sunday.
Tiger misses from 6'. Phil has 4' for birdie. Make and they are tied at -3 and next to each other in the computer. So we'll see. could be a good crowd.

This par on No. 3 is just like how most holes have been for Tiger today. He gets into a tough situation but makes up for it with his short game.
