Golf's second major of the year is just around the corner, but there's still time for one final tuneup.
The PGA Tour heads to Trinity Forest Golf Club in Dallas for the AT&T Byron Nelson on May 9 — the course's second Byron Nelson tournament. Last year, 2018 Rookie of the Year Aaron Wise recorded his first PGA win with a record-breaking 23 under at the course's inaugural PGA event.

While many golfers typically like to take the week off before a major, the revamped PGA schedule moving the PGA Championship to just one month after the Masters rather than the typical two has some of the PGA's best rethinking their itinerary.
Three-time major champion and defending U.S. Open champion Brooks Koepka leads the field in Dallas, putting in some final work before heading to Bethpage Black. Koepka skipped the event last year, but typically elects to play in tournaments directly preceding a major.
Despite the influx in talent for this year's Byron Nelson, fans will have to go another week without Tiger Woods. Woods hasn't played in a PGA event since winning his fifth Masters on April 14, instead setting his eyes on what would be his 16 major championship. Woods' 155-foot, $18 million superyacht named "Privacy" docked in Oyster Bay last Wednesday. Oyster Bay is about 13 miles from the site of the PGA Championship.
