Week 17 NFL DFS Stacks: Best lineup picks for DraftKings, FanDuel tournaments, cash games image

We made it -- Week 17. Most season-long fantasy leagues are done for the winter, but there's still NFL DFS to be played on DraftKings and FanDuel. One more time, we're here with our favorite stack picks for a week where some teams have everything to play for and others have nothing to play for.

A lot of top quarterbacks are on teams with slight playoff seeding movements as their biggest motivations (and the Chiefs can't move at all). That leads us to selecting mostly players on teams who we know need to win to make the postseason. That assures heavy usage for the best players on those rosters and hopefully good fantasy points coming out of it.

Be sure to follow our Twitter account @SN_Fantasy to see all of our DFS content heading into kickoff every week.

Week 17 NFL DFS Picks: Top cash game stacks for DraftKings, FanDuel

QB Justin Herbert and WR Jalen Guyton, Chargers @ Chiefs (FD stack)

Guyton might not seem like a cash-game player at first glance, but his pricing makes him one on FD. Especially with Keenan Allen hurting, Guyton should see a big role in what amounts to a meaningless Week 17 game for both of these teams.

The Chargers will probably allow Herbert to try and pile up a huge statistical game, though, and he'll be going against Chiefs backups for at least some of the contest. That's a good combination for a big DFS day for Herbert and his wideouts.

WEEK 17 DFS CASH LINEUPS: DraftKings | FanDuel

QB Ryan Tannehill and WR A.J. Brown, Titans @ Texans (FD/DK stack)

The Titans need this game while the Texans will have very little to play for besides trying to live up to J.J. Watt's rant from Week 16. Tennessee could choose to rely early on Derrick Henry, but that just sets up the play-action and quick slants to Brown.

Tannehill remains one of the most consistent DFS options in the NFL despite his reputation as a bust from his Miami days, and he should again reward those who play him in Week 17. Brown's an incredible player after the catch and should have a chance to break one or two long ones Sunday.

WEEK 17 DFS TOURNAMENT LINEUPS: DraftKings | FanDuel

RB Jonathan Taylor and DEF Indianapolis Colts vs. Jaguars (FD/DK stack)

The Jaguars just locked up the No. 1 pick in 2021; the Colts need a win and some help to make the playoffs. This is as big of a mismatch as you'll see all season, and we're going with the game-flow stack of running back with defense.

Taylor has continued to show his talent of late despite the annoying presence of Nyheim Hines, and he should do it once again against a bottom-five run defense in Week 17. The Colts will feast on whatever quarterback Jacksonville decides to throw on the field as a placeholder for the eventual Trevor Lawrence selection.

Week 17 DraftKings, FanDuel Picks: Best stacks for daily fantasy football GPPs/tournaments

QB Baker Mayfield and WR Jarvis Landry, Browns vs. Steelers (DK stack)

This is mostly about Mayfield's pricing on DK among the bottom of the quarterback options. Mayfield is by no means a superstar, but Cleveland needs to win this game and he'll have his receivers back after missing them a week ago.

The Browns won't run the ball super easily against Pittsburgh even though they'll try to establish it. Mayfield will have to win his opportunities in the play-action game. If he can do that, this stack can work and the Browns will make the playoffs.

WEEK 17 PPR RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker

QB John Wolford and WR Robert Woods, Rams vs. Cardinals (FD stack)

Playing Wolford for his first NFL snaps in Week 17 is risky, yes, but Sean McVay has given us plenty of reason to believe that he'll design an offensive plan that works with Wolford at the helm nearly as well as it worked with Jared Goff (thumb) starting.

We were going to play both Woods and Cooper Kupp, but COVID-19 will keep Kupp out of action. That means we're stuck with a simpler stack, but there are a lot of good receivers near Kupp's price point to use instead, including T.Y. Hilton, Tyler Lockett, and Emmanuel Sanders.

WEEK 17 STANDARD RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker

QB C.J. Beathard and TE George Kittle, 49ers vs. Seahawks (DK/FD stack)

Let's get really weird. Beathard just threw three touchdowns and gets to face the worst pass defense in the league. He's also at a miniscule price despite his great Week 16.

Kittle is certainly admirable for coming back to play even though the 49ers have no incentive at this point. Maybe Kittle's snaps will be monitored in this matchup, but expect him to be heavily involved while on the field.
