Another week, another 11-game main slate for NFL DFS players to get excited about. Originally, there were supposed to be 12 games available, but after Pittsburgh-Washington was moved to Monday, those players have been removed from the slate. Despite that, there are still plenty of ways to build daily fantasy football cash lineups thanks to some solid RB values and great WR matchups. Our Week 13 DraftKings cash lineup will target some of those RB values and spend up for a top QB-WR stack to create a lineup with a very high floor.
In this lineup, we had a couple of notable "spend down" spots. We grabbed a WR worth just over $4K and spent just $2,500 on a D/ST so we could uafford the top QB-WR stack on the board. Aside from that, our money was spent relatively evenly, and only one player cost more than $7K. That said, he was the highest-priced WR on the slate at $9K, so that is why were had to spend down a bit. Still, this lineup has plenty of safe studs and some intriguing sleepers, so getting over the cash line with this group should be doable.

DraftKings Week 13 Picks: NFL DFS cash lineup
QB Aaron Rodgers, Packers vs. Eagles ($6,800). So far this season, Rodgers has failed to score 23.5 DraftKings points in just two games, and it has only happened once since Week 3. He's as consistent as they come, and he has logged five games with four passing TDs in his 11 starts. The Eagles have been solid against QBs this year, but that is knocking Rodgers' price down to the sub-$7K range, which makes him a bargain. He should be able to exploit some fo the holes in the Eagles' secondary, especially at home.
RB David Montgomery, Bears vs. Lions ($5,500). There's a lot to like about Montgomery this week. Between his $5,500 salary, his matchup with a Lions team that has surrendered 33.8 DK PPG to RBs this season, and his recent 100-yard rushing game, he seems to be in an excellent spot to perform well. He's getting 17.7 touches per game this season, so that should give him a high floor. He's a perfect cash game target this week because his floor/ceiling competition.
WEEK 13 DFS TOURNAMENT LINEUPS: DraftKings | FanDuel
RB Nyheim Hines, Colts @ Texans ($5,300). In his past three games, Hines has averaged 14.7 touches per game and 81 yards while adding two TDs. He hasn't been completely consistent, but when given the opportunities, he has produced. Jonathan Taylor (COVID) could return before this game and take some touches away from Hines, but the matchup against a Texans defense that has allowed more rushing yards to RBs than any other defense this season (1,564) is good enough to support multiple fantasy-relevant options. If Hines keeps getting catches and chances near the goal line, he should pay off this price tag.
WR Davante Adams, Packers vs. Eagles ($9,000). Adams is the highest-priced receiver on this slate, but he's worth paying up for to stack with Rodgers. In every game that he has played this season save for one where he got hurt, Adams has posted at least 12.1 DK points. He is averaging nearly 27 points per game and has scored in six consecutive contests. The Eagles have been middle-of-the-road against WRs this year, but Adams is matchup-proof and should pair very well with Rodgers.
WEEK 13 DFS CASH LINEUPS: FanDuel
WR Jarvis Landry, Browns @ Titans ($6,200). This may feel a bit like point chasing after Landry posted his biggest game of the year against the Jaguars last week (eight catches, 143 yards, one TD). That said, this felt more like the beginning of what we'll see from Landry the rest of the way, as he is Baker Mayfield's top target with Odell Beckham Jr. out. With Mayfield throwing more (and better), Landry will have more opportunities to catch the ball. The Titans have allowed the sixth-most DK PPG to WRs this year (42.1), so Landry figures to take advantage of that. Feel free to start him and hope for another 11-target outing.
WR Brandin Cooks, Texans vs. Colts ($5,600). Will Fuller is suspended, Randall Cobb (toe) is on IR, and Kenny Stills is no longer with the Texans after being waived. Suddenly, Houston is looking very thin at the receiver position. Cooks is the lone remaining top-four option on their roster for the rest of the season, so Deshaun Watson should be looking his way a lot. Cooks has averaged 8.1 targets per game since Week 5, and that number only figures to go up. Though the Colts have been good against WRs, Watson will find ways to get his best remaining playmaker the ball.
WEEK 13 PPR RANKINGS:

TE Evan Engram, Giants @ Seahawks ($4,900). Yes, Colt McCoy will likely be starting for the Giants with Daniel Jones (hamstring) hurt, but that's not a big reason to shy away from Engram. The talented TE has logged 6.9 targets per game and just had a 129-yard outing against the Bengals in Week 12. In Week 13, he gets to take on a Seahawks team that has been decent against TEs but has struggled immensely against WRs. Engram is a hybrid of the two positions, so it may be tough for the Seahawks to cover him. Perhaps he can post a Dallas Goedert-like stat line, as the Eagles TE had seven catches, 75 yards, and a TD against the Seahawks on Monday night.
FLEX Denzel Mims, Jets vs. Raiders ($4,100). Mims may seem like a bit of a risky pick, but he is establishing himself as one of the Jets' top WRs and has averaged 7.7 targets and 66.7 yards in his past three games. He should continue to see looks downfield from Sam Darnold, and against a Raiders defense that has allowed 12 TDs to wideouts this year, perhaps he can notch the first TD of his young career.
