Today's MLB DFS Picks: DraftKings, FanDuel advice for Wednesday, June 19

SP: Max Fried, Braves vs. Mets. I really don’t love the punts here, but Fried makes the most sense. The Mets went off on Tuesday, but they are not that good on a regular basis. Fried has been far more comfortable at home this year pitching to a 3.54 ERA compared to 4.75 on the road. He could be worth a flier.

C: Tyler Flowers, Braves vs. Mets. The Braves catcher is riding a four-game hit streak and will start here against a southpaw. He has back-to-back multi-hit games. as well. Flowers has been great at home this year, batting .297 with a .384 wOBA.

MORE WEDNESDAY MLB: SP rankings

1B: Carlos Santana, Indians @ Rangers. The Indians exploded on Tuesday, and although Santana didn’t do much offensively, he walked three times and stole a base. He’s hit southpaws at a .300 clip this season, and the Indians have one of the highest implied totals again on Wednesday.

2B: Enrique Hernandez, Dodgers vs. Giants. It’s so hard to ignore Hernandez’s price when you factor in he’s facing a southpaw and coming off a game with a grand slam. Hernandez has owned the Giants this year, posting a .310 average and .912 OPS. He’s also posted a .780 OPS or better for the past three games.

SS: Kevin Newman, Pirates vs. Tigers. Newman continues to hit, notching two more on Tuesday to extend his hit streak to eight games. Newman should lead off here again, which is ideal. What’s also ideal is the fact he’s batting .339 vs. RHPs this season.

3B: Rafael Devers, Red Sox @ Twins. I’ll gladly bet on Devers returning value at his current price, especially on DK. He has five multi-hit games over his past seven contests, including three home runs over that span. Devers has a .387 wOBA vs. RHPs, and Kyle Gibson has allowed a .330 mark.

OF: Mike Trout, Angels @ Blue Jays. Trout and Justin Upton are both really strong plays on this slate. Righties have given Aaron Sanchez the most issues this year, as they have an .830 OPS and .366 wOBA.
