Saturday Night Football DraftKings Picks: NFL DFS lineup advice for Week 18 Titans-Jaguars Showdown tournaments image

Saturday's Week 18 doubleheader wraps up with the Titans going on the road to play the Jaguars at TIAA Bank Field (8:15 p.m. ET, ESPN/ABC) with the AFC South crown on the line. The Titans are only one game behind the Jaguars for first place in the division despite losing six-straight games. The Jags have won their past four games, which includes a win over Tennessee in Week 14. Even though this isn't a flashy prime-time matchup on paper, NFL DFS players can still find plenty of interesting options to throw in their DraftKings Showdown lineup.

Before we get into our lineup and strategy, here are the key scoring settings for DraftKings Showdown contests: They're full-point PPR and there are three-point bonuses for 300 passing yards, 100 rushing yards, and 100 receiving yards. The Captain pick costs 1.5 times a player's original price, but he also gets his point total multiplied by 1.5.

DraftKings Showdown Picks: Titans vs. Jaguars Week 18 Saturday Night Football

$50,000 budget, need at least one player from each team.

Captain (1.5x points, 1.5x salary): WR Treylon Burks, Titans ($9,600)

We will take a flier on Burks, who is coming off a solid performance against the Cowboys where he had four receptions (eight targets) for 66 yards (12.6 FanDuel points). Most individual DFS players will likely not have the rookie wide receiver in their Showdown lineup because of inconsistent play and a groin injury, but as long as he plays, he's a high-upside play for a Titans' offense that will have Josh Dobbs making his second start. Burks could have some success against a Jacksonville defense that allows the 14th-most DraftKings points to WRs (34.6). It's worth a gamble, especially if most DFS players have Derrick Henry, Trevor Lawrence, or Evan Engram as their Captain.

UPDATE: If Burks is out, we'd pivot to Engram as our Captain, who has a favorable matchup and had an excellent performance the last time the Jags played the Titans. We'd also get Robert Woods in our lineup as a FLEX, who played well in last week's loss against the Cowboys. Woods scored a season-high 14.9 DK points -- thanks to five receptions (nine targets) for 39 yards and a touchdown. He would see nine or more targets in Saturday's game without Burks.

MORE TEN-JAX DFS: FanDuel lineup

FLEX RB Derrick Henry, Titans ($11,800)

The superstar running back will be returning to the field on Saturday night after missing last week's game against Dallas with a hip injury. We should expect the Titans to feed Henry extensively in a must-win game for the division crown. In Tennessee's first meeting against the Jags, the superstar running back had 25.5 DraftKings in a 14-point defeat (155 total yards and a TD on 20 touches). This season, the Jags have allowed 112.8 rushing yards per game, which isn't bad, however, Jacksonville hasn't done a great job stopping the run at home, giving up 132.8 yards per game. Look out for Henry to have his fourth-straight 20-point performance against this defense.

KC-LV DFS LINEUPS: DraftKings | FanDuel

FLEX QB Josh Dobbs, Jaguars ($9,000)

With us already having a couple of Titans players in our Showdown lineup, it's only right to throw Dobbs in the mix, who played relatively well in his first NFL start last week. The veteran quarterback completed 20-of-39 passes for 232 yards, a touchdown, and an interception against the Cowboys. For a guy who was just signed, Dobbs did a solid job of running the Titans' offense. He will look to improve those numbers against the Jaguars' 28th-ranked pass defense.

WEEK 18 DFS LINEUPS: DraftKings | FanDuel

FLEX WR Zay Jones, Jaguars ($7,600)

After being held to just four receptions for 38 yards over the past two games, Jones is a prime candidate to have a bounce-back performance in a favorable matchup against the Titans. This season, the Titans have been ripped to shreds by wide receivers, allowing the most DraftKings points to the position (42.2). DFS players should look to stack their Showdown contest lineups with multiple Jaguars pass-catchers if they have the salary to do so. When the Jags and Titans met up in Week 14, Jones was one of the top players in the game with eight receptions (12 targets) for 77 yards and a touchdown. If the vet can come close to this production on Saturday night, your lineup should be in great shape.

WEEK 18 DFS: Best values | Best stacks

FLEX TE Evan Engram, Jaguars ($7,000)

With the Titans' defense struggling immensely to defend TEs this season, we will take a shot on Engram, who will be looking to bounce back from his rough performance in Week 17 against the Texans. Last week, the vet only recorded one reception (two targets) for 16 yards. This is a noticeable drop-off from the previous four games when Engram averaged 22.9 DraftKings points per game. However, Engram should play better against a Titans' defense that allowed him to have his best performance of the season -- 11 receptions (15 targets) for 162 yards and two touchdowns (42.2 DraftKings points).

FLEX TE Chig Okonkwo, Titans ($4,800)

Last week against the Cowboys, Okonkwo only had three receptions (four targets) for 24 yards. Even though he didn't score a lot of points, the rookie pass catcher still found a way to record at least three receptions for the fifth time in the past six games. Okonkwo had one of his best games this season against the Jaguars in Week 14 when he scored 18.5 DraftKings points. This season, Jacksonville's defense has allowed the 12th-most DraftKings points to TEs, so Okonkwo is the worth flier as a low-risk, high-reward play.
