NFL Weather Week 2: Calm forecast unlikely to impact fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em decisions image

The opening game of the NFL was delayed due to rain, but other than that, we got by unscathed during Week 1 of the NFL season from a weather perspective. Thankfully, it looks like we're in line for another tame week.

Before we get into the Week 1 forecasts, here's a reminder that if you have any questions about sports weather or how the weather could impact play (and, potentially, your fantasy, DFS, and gambling decisions), don't hesitate to reach out to RotoGrinders' meteorologist Kevin Roth on Twitter (@KevinRothWx) or check out the hourly NFL weather forecasts on RotoGrinders. Note: If a game isn't mentioned below, it's because it doesn't even have 10-mph winds, a 20-percent chance of precipitation, or extreme temperatures in the forecast.

NFL weather forecast and updates Week 2

Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins: There is a chance of showers in Miami during Thursday Night Football when the Dolphins square off against the Bills. However, it's expected that the "heavy stuff" will have passed by game time. Your start-sit decisions should not be impacted by this forecast.

Indianapolis Colts at Green Bay Packers: Green Bay's return from Brazil may be impacted by some rain at Lambeau Field. There is a 33 percent chance of rain during this game. Once again, this forecast isn't enough to impact any lineup decisions in fantasy football.

Los Angeles Chargers at Carolina Panthers: There is a chance of rain (25 percent) and potential for some light winds (10 MPH) while the Chargers and Panthers play in Carolina. The wind may have minor impacts on longer throws and kicks, but the impact of the weather across the whole game will be negligible.

Cleveland Browns at Jacksonville Jaguars: The second half of this game may be impacted by some rainfall. There is currently a 40-percent chance of rain from 2 PM, on. Given the potential duration of the rain, this could impact the game to some degree. But for the time being, this is nothing to be concerned about.
