Does the NFL schedule games in Cleveland and Buffalo in December only to torture fantasy football owners in must-win situations? Snow, wind, and cold are in the Week 15 NFL forecast for several games, but Ravens-Browns and Dolphins-Bills figure to be affected most. RotoGrinders' meteorologist Kevin Roth is once again here to help us break down the key weather updates you need to know before locking in your start 'em, sit 'em decisions.
Before we get into the Week 15 forecasts, here's a reminder that if you have any questions about sports weather or how weather could impact play (and, potentially, your fantasy, DFS, and gambling decisions), don't hesitate to reach out to RotoGrinders' meteorologist Kevin Roth on Twitter (@KevinRothWx) or check out the hourly NFL weather forecasts on RotoGrinders. If a game isn't mentioned below, it's because it doesn't even have 10-mph winds or a 20-percent chance of precipitation in the forecast.

Ravens @ Browns. Early forecasts call for a 30-percent chance of precipitation, winds around 12-15 mph, and temperatures in the low 30s. None of these factors are prohibitive in their own right, but when you put them together, it won't make for a pleasant playing experience. Both of these teams have mediocre passing games as is, so don't take any unnecessary chances with Deshaun Watson, Demarcus Robinson, or even Donovan Peoples-Jones. Both D/STs get a bump up in value, while both kickers get slight bumps down. It's always tough to sit Justin Tucker at this point in the season, but continue to watch the forecast. If it worsens, look elsewhere for your kicker.
WEEK 15 STANDARD RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers
Dolphins @ Bills. Temperatures in the high 20s, winds around 10-13 mph, and several inches of snow could be falling for this AFC East battle. Considering the Dolphins had heaters on their sidelines for last week's game in a partially covered L.A. stadium, it's fair to wonder how they'll survive in this weather. It's nearly impossible to bench guys like Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, Stefon Diggs, and maybe even Gabriel Davis with your season on the line, but depending on how this forecast looks closer to Saturday night, you might have to make some tough choices. For now, we'd leave all of those guys in your lineups (with the possible exception of Davis), as well Josh Allen, but look elsewhere for your kicker and bump up both D/STs and starting RBs.
WEEK 15 FANTASY PICKS: Sleepers | Busts | Start 'em, sit 'em
Lions @ Jets. It's going to be cold (low 30s) and windy (10-15 mph), but there likely won't be any precipitation. The Lions typically fare better indoors, and given the tough matchup, there's no reason to take chances with any Lions' pass-catcher other than Amon-Ra St. Brown. Jared Goff is riskier than usual, too. Mike White, Garrett Wilson, Tyler Conklin, and possibly Elijah Moore are still in play for the Jets because of the favorable matchup, but the weather doesn't help their outlooks.
WEEK 15 DFS LINEUPS: DraftKings | FanDuel
Eagles @ Bears. Precipitation is unlikely, but it's going to be cold (high 20s) and somewhat windy (12-15 mph). Those aren't enough reasons to bench any of your normal starters, but keep an eye on this forecast in case it worsens.
Giants @ Commanders. The forecast for this game is similar to that of the Eagles-Bears, only it's supposed to be a few degrees warmer. Terry McLaurin is the only player you want to start in either passing attack.
WEEK 15 DFS: Best values | Best stacks
Rams @ Packers. Who wants to play in 13-degree weather with 10-mph winds? The Rams and Packers won't have a choice on Monday night. Fortunately, there isn't any snow in the forecast, so there's no need to bench anyone you were planning on starting (e.g. Aaron Rodgers, Christian Watson, Allen Lazard). (Update: There's now a 50-percent chance of snow, likely later in the game.)
