Heading into Sunday's Week 10 action, fantasy football owners are checking out the latest injury updates on three key starting quarterbacks (Josh Allen, Matthew Stafford, and Kyler Murray), who are likely to be game-time decisions. If any of these quarterbacks do not play, owners will have to make last-minute start 'em, sit 'em calls, not only at QB but WR and TE, as well.

Below, we'll give you the latest news on these QBs and break down how their injuries could potentially affect the Week 10 fantasy landscape.

Is Josh Allen playing Week 10?

UPDATE: ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Sunday morning that Allen is expected to play on Sunday against Minnesota.

UPDATE 2: Allen is officially ACTIVE.

Allen (elbow) was officially listed as "questionable" on the Bills' final injury report ahead of their Week 10 matchup against the Vikings. After sitting out practice at the start of the week, the MVP candidate was able to get in some limited work on Friday, which bodes well for his chances of suiting up. Bills head coach Sean McDermott told reporters on Friday they haven't ruled out Allen for Sunday but are taking it "one day and one hour at a time."

If Allen plays, he's a must-start QB1, as we have to assume Buffalo wouldn't risk using him if he wasn't healthy. However, if he's out, Case Keenum will get the start and should only be picked up if there are no other streamers available on the waiver wire. Because Minnesota's pass defense has struggled this year, we'd still start Stefon Diggs and Gabriel Davis, but Isaian McKenzie and Dawson Knox become much riskier. Minnesota's D/ST would also be in play, as it would be more likely to rack up turnovers and takeaways.

Is Matthew Stafford playing Week 10?

UPDATE: ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Saturday night that the Rams are preparing as if John Wolford will start on Sunday against Arizona.

UPDATE 2: Stafford is officially OUT.

Rams head coach Sean McVay said Friday that Stafford (concussion) is questionable for Sunday's late-afternoon game against the Cardinals, but he's "making good progress," according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Stafford is another quarterback who will be a game-time decision, and we won't know anything until closer to 2:55 p.m. ET on Sunday. He did not practice on Thursday after being placed in the league's concussion protocol on Wednesday. If Stafford does not play, it will slightly, John Wolford would start, but he's not worth using in single-QB leagues. Because the Rams play in a late game and there are limited options (Sam Ehlinger, Jimmy Garoppolo, Taylor Heinicke, Wolford), fantasy owners should plan on benching Stafford and going with a better QB from the early games if possible. Cooper Kupp is a must-start either way, and TE Tyler Higbee has such a favorable matchup that we'd stick with him even if Stafford is out, but there's no need to risk it with Allen Robinson II. Given Arizona's D/ST a bump up in value, too.

Is Kyler Murray playing Week 10?

UPDATE: ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Saturday night that Murray is a "true game-time decision" for Sunday's game against the Rams.

UPDATE 2: Murray is officially OUT.

Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury told reporters Friday that Murray (hamstring) will be a game-time decision for Sunday afternoon's game against the Rams, according to ESPN's Josh Weinfuss. Murray did not practice on Wednesday, but he got in limited sessions on Thursday and Friday. With the dual-threat QB practicing to end the week, there's a decent chance we see him on Sunday.

However, owners should not expect quite as much from Murray in the running game, which cuts into his value, but we still think Murray is generally worth waiting for because of his high ceiling. Jimmy Garoppolo is the best late-game replacement option, with Sam Ehlinger next on the list because of his matchup. You could always just add Cardinals' backup Colt McCoy to ensure you have the Cardinals' starter no matter what. Either way, you need another late-game QB on your roster if you're going to wait for Murray. McCoy has a decent floor/ceiling in the middling matchup, and he's good enough to keep DeAndre Hopkins and Zach Ertz in fantasy lineups.
