Fantasy Football Kicker Rankings Week 16: Who to start, best sleepers at kicker image

Fantasy football owners saw how weather can play a role in their matchups last week, and no position is immune from its effects, most notably kicker. At this point in the season, you can't afford any start 'em, sit 'em mistakes, and our Week 16 fantasy kicker rankings can help you find the best option at fantasy's most annoying position.

As we've been saying all year, any kicker can get the job in a given week, and "bad" weather isn't necessarily prohibitive. However, finding a kicker in optimal conditions (i.e. a dome) takes a lot of the decision-making stress out of what's inevitably an unpredictable position anyway. Unfortunately, there are just five indoor games this week (and two of those are in L.A.'s open-air-but-covered SoFi Stadium), so you might want to risk braving the elements with an outdoor kicker.

With all that in mind, let's get into it and break down our Week 16 kicker rankings.

Who are the best fantasy kickers in Week 16?

Brandon Aubrey (@ Dolphins in Week 16), Dustin Hopkins (@ Texans), Matt Gay (@ Falcons), Blake Grupe (@ Rams), and Younghoe Koo (vs. Colts) make up our top five. Four are kicking indoors, and Aubrey has been the best fantasy producer all season. Hopkins is the best of all worlds, as he's the No. 2 fantasy kicker and has a matchup against a defense that entered last week allowing the seventh-most fantasy points to kickers. The Colts, Falcons, and Rams were all in the top six, too.

Jason Myers (@ Titans), Jake Elliott (vs. Giants), Jake Moody (vs. Ravens), Brandon McManus (@ Buccaneers), and Justin Tucker (@ 49ers) round out our top 10. Myers and Moody both have top-10 matchups, while Elliott, McManus, and Tucker have been three of the steadiest producers all season.

WEEK 16 STANDARD RANKINGS
QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/STs

Who are the best fantasy kicker sleepers in Week 16?

McManus (@ Buccaneers), Gay (@ Falcons), and Grupe (@ Rams) are all owned in fewer than 50 percent of fantasy leagues, so they should be your streaming targets if they're available. If they're not, you could also opt for Greg Zuerlein (@ Commanders), Joey Slye (vs. Jets), Michael Badgley (@ Vikings), or Nick Folk (vs. Seahawks), all of whom have top-10 matchups. Badgley offers the added bonus of playing indoors.

WEEK 16 FANTASY ADVICE:
Sleepers | Busts | Projections | Start-sit

More indoor options include Tyler Bass (@ Chargers), Greg Joseph (vs. Lions), and Lucas Havrisik (vs. Saints), but you should be able to do better than any of them.
