The last couple weeks, running back injuries have cropped up later in the week to blur the fantasy rankings, but right now, Todd Gurley and Devin Singletary are the two main RB concerns heading into Week 7. Gurley picked up a new injury last week and missed Week 6, which made Malcolm Brown a popular waiver pickup. Brown would be a solid sleeper this week against a bad Falcons team. Singletary hasn't played since Week 2 for Buffalo, but coming off of bye, it looks like he has a good chance of being active in Week 7, which will create a little drama for start 'em, sit 'em decisions.

Todd Gurley injury update
Gurley didn't practice last week due to an apparently new quad injury, and he missed Sunday's game. The Rams used a committee that favored Malcolm Brown along with Darrell Henderson in the backfield. Gurley has "a chance" to play in Week 7 against the Falcons, according to Ian Rapoport.
WEEK 7 PPR RANKINGS: Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end
The Rams' offense had major struggles against the 49ers but should right the ship against Atlanta. If Brown starts again, he's an RB2 play in the good matchup. Gurley's new injury is an obvious concern for fantasy owners, who already have had to deal with worries about his knee stemming back to last season.

Will Devin Singletary play Week 7?
Singletary was close to making his return from a hamstring injury in Week 5 ahead of the Bills' bye, as he warmed up pregame but was ruled out. Consdering it'll have been two full weeks since that close call, Singletary has to be lining up to play Sunday against the Dolphins. Singletary did go through drills at practice Monday.

With such a favorable matchup coming up, Singletary's owners will be looking forward to his return. Before he was injured, Frank Gore got more carries but Singletary received more targets. In the rookie's first week back, that would probably be the case again, and Singletary would look to break a big play to pay off for fantasy owners who start him.
