The Week 10 NFL DFS main slate is a little lighter than usual, as the Seahawks-Buccaneers will be playing at 9:30 a.m. ET on Sunday in Munich, Germany. Still, there are plenty of potential studs and sleepers for our DraftKings lineup, and our picks start with one of the hottest QBs in the league.
We built our lineup around a Bears' stack for a second-straight week, but this time we will go with tight end Cole Kmet to pair with Justin Fields. We also added a pair of young RBs and a quartet of high-volume WRs.
Before we break down all of our picks, here are the most notable scoring rules for DraftKings contests: Full-point PPR, four-point passing TDs, three-point bonuses for 100 rushing yards, 100 receiving yards, and 300 passing yards.

DraftKings Picks Week 10: NFL DFS lineup for GPP tournaments
Sunday main slate, $50,000 budget
QB Justin Fields, Bears vs. Lions ($6,500). The second-year quarterback continues to improve each week and is a must-start across all fantasy platforms. Fields shined last Sunday against the Dolphins, scoring a season-high 45.7 DraftKings points in a three-point loss at Soldier Field. The former Ohio State standout threw three touchdowns and carved up Miami's defense on the ground for 178 yards and a touchdown. He put on an offensive clinic and should do the same against a Lions' defense that played well in Week 9 but still allows the fourth-most DraftKings points per game to QBs (22.7) this season.
RB Travis Etienne Jr., Jaguars @ Chiefs ($7,100). Etienne has seen his salary jump once again after his performance against the Raiders last week. He scored a season-high 29.6 DraftKings points thanks to another 100-yard rushing yard performance and two touchdowns. Etienne Jr. scored 20-or-more DraftKings points in three-straight games, scoring four rushing touchdowns over that time. The Jaguars will be leaning on him in this week's matchup against the Chiefs, who are only giving up 102 rushing yards per game (fifth fewest) but allow the fourth-most DraftKings points per game to RBs (27.9). It's a perplexing matchup for Etienne but one that DFS players should not shy away from in Week 10.
WEEK 10 DFS LINEUPS: DraftKings | FanDuel
RB Dameon Pierce, Texans @ Giants ($6,300). The rookie running back had a perfect bounce-back outing on Thursday Night Football against the Eagles. After being held to only 35 rushing yards in Week 8 by the Titans, Pierce popped off a career-high 139 rushing yards on 27 carries against Philadelphia. He failed to score a rushing touchdown for the third-straight game but still posted 16.9 DraftKings points. Pierce has a favorable matchup in Week 10 against the Giants, who have allowed 137.3 rushing yards per game, and his volume makes him a great bet for another 100-yard performance.
WR Amon-Ra St. Brown, Lions @ Bears ($6,900). St. Brown was held without a touchdown last week but scored 9.5 DraftKings points in the Lions' Week 9 upset win over the Packers. St. Brown is averaging 11.7 DraftKings points per game over his past two games, which is an improvement from Week 7 against the Cowboys (1.4 DraftKings points). He's prepared to face a Bears' defense that just gave up two touchdowns to Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle in Week 9. St. Brown does not possess the speed of Hill and Waddle, but he can be a factor inside the red zone, which Detroit needs without T.J. Hockenson.
WEEK 10 PPR RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers
WR Amari Cooper, Browns @ Dolphins ($6,500). The veteran wide receiver has been the go-to option for Browns quarterback Jacoby Brissett this season. Cooper has scored a touchdown in three out of the Browns' past four games and is averaging 17.8 DraftKings points per game over that span. The last time we saw the vet on the field, he posted 131 receiving yards and 26.1 DraftKings points against the Bengals on Halloween night. Cooper should have similar success against a Dolphins' defense allowing the 10th-most DraftKings points per game to wide receivers this season (36.6).
WEEK 10 FANTASY PICKS: Sleepers | Busts | Start 'em, sit 'em
WR Rondale Moore, Cardinals @ Rams ($5,200). It's incredible to see Moore still being valued under $6K, especially with the tear he's been on as of late. The former Purdue star is averaging 13.3 DraftKings points per game since Week 5, which is higher than his season average (11.7). Moore has filled in nicely as the Cardinals' No. 2 wide receiver alongside star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins. He's coming off a good performance against the Seahawks, scoring 14.9 DraftKings points. He should be able to carry that momentum over to this week's matchup against the Rams. Los Angeles' defense has given up the 13th-most DraftKings points per game to WRs this season (35.6), and Moore should rack up points in DraftKings' full-point PPR format.
TE Cole Kmet, Bears vs. Lions ($3,400). Kmet is one of our favorite sleepers on Sunday's main slate, as he's becoming a big factor in the red zone. The young tight end scored a season-high 22 DraftKings points in last week's game against the Dolphins, and he has a great matchup against the Lions in Week 10. Detroit is giving up the sixth-most receptions and yards to TEs this season. Kmet should thrive in the flats and the middle of the field while the Lions focus on the Bears' potent rushing attack.
WEEK 10 STANDARD RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers
FLEX Donovan Peoples-Jones, Browns @ Dolphins ($4,300). If you are looking for another sleeper at the wide receiver spot, look no further than Peoples-Jones. The young receiver has been consistent over the past few weeks, which has helped the Browns' passing game and made him a viable option in DFS. Peoples-Jones has scored 10-plus DraftKings points in four of his past five games and is averaging 11.4 DraftKings points per game over that span. Against the Dolphins on Sunday, Peoples-Jones is a lock for at least four receptions and has the big-play potential to post 100-plus yards. He presents great value at his price.
DEF Raiders vs. Colts ($3,800). The Raiders' defense has not been a great DFS play this season, scoring just 3.9 DraftKings points per game. A big part of that is due to the fact that they've given up 20-plus offensive points in every game this season. However, the good news for DFS players is Las Vegas should be able to do some damage this week against Colts rookie Sam Ehlinger, who struggled against the Patriots last week. Look out for Maxx Crosby and Chandler Jones to record two sacks each, making this a sneaky DFS play for Week 10.
