While Week 11 is not projected to have quite as many shootouts as last week, there are still several great matchups that those in college fantasy football leagues and college DFS contests can target. Texas at Texas Tech, Temple at Houston, SMU at UConn and Oklahoma St at Oklahoma all have the potential for big points and should provide lots of DraftKings value plays and sleepers.
A couple other narratives to watch this weekend are: Will Texas be able to slow down or at least keep pace with Texas Tech? How will Houston respond after losing to SMU? And can Oklahoma State spoil Oklahoma's push for a playoff spot?

Week 11 College Fantasy Football DFS Picks: QBs
Best Start: D'Eriq King, Houston vs. Temple ($11,300). Last week's 31 points against SMU was the lowest total the Cougars have put up this season. Even with that, King managed over 200 total yards and three TDs. Houston's offense will continue to run through King as they host Temple in Week 11.
Best Value: Sam Ehlinger, Texas at Texas Tech ($9,300). Since returning from a Week 7 shoulder injury, Ehlinger has been spectacular, posting up 637 passing yards, 99 rushing yards and eight TDs in the past two games. This week should be a shootout as Texas travels to Lubbock to take on Texas Tech.
Sleeper: Kellen Mond, Texas A&M vs. Mississippi ($7,400). Mond started the season well, but he's struggled recently with three straight SEC road games. However, Week 11's home matchup against Mississippi's 124th-ranked pass defense should get back on track.
Week 11 College Fantasy Football DraftKings Picks: RBs
Best start: Travis Etienne, Clemson at Boston College ($9,100). Etienne has been one of the more dependable fantasy options this season, averaging rushing 110 yards per game and scoring 16 TDs in nine games. This week against Boston College should not be any different, as Clemson continues to lean on their workhorse.
Best Value: Trayveon Williams, Texas A&M vs. Mississippi ($7,500). Williams has definitely been key for the Texas A&M offense this season, averaging 103 rushing yards per game to go along with 22 receptions and 11 TDs. This week he gets matched up with the porous Mississippi defense.
Sleeper: DeeJay Dallas, Miami at Georgia Tech ($5,100). Although not starting for Miami, Dallas has still managed some great games. Going over 100 yards three times and scoring four TDs. With starter Travis Homer questionable for this week's game, Dallas may be in for a larger workload. That would definitely make him a viable option even against a tougher Georgia Tech defense.
Week 11 College Daily Fantasy Football Picks: WRs
Best start: Tylan Wallace, Oklahoma State at Oklahoma ($8,300). Wallace has either gone over 100 yards or scored a TD in all but one game this season. This week's matchup with Oklahoma has a 77 point o/u, which means there is an excellent chance he will do both.
Best Value: David Sills, West Virginia vs TCU ($7,700). Sills continues to prove that he is one of the best WR in the country, scoring TDs in each of the past four games games and totaling 11 for the season. Senior QB Will Grier will continue to look his way this week as West Virginia hosts conference foe TCU.
Sleeper: Ventell Bryant, Temple at Houston ($4,900). Bryant has gone over 100 yards and scored at least one TD in two of the past three games. This week Temple will have to pass to keep pace with an angry Houston team, and Bryant will be one of the primary beneficiaries.
