We know -- this week's top fantasy waiver wire pickups and free agent adds feels like a rerun of Week 10, but rest assured, our Week 11 edition is brand new. Yes, many of the players are the same (Keaton Mitchell, Noah Brown, Devin Singletary, Josh Dobbs, Demario Douglas), but that's on you for not picking up those guys last week. After another week of solid performances, maybe now you'll be more interested.
If those guys still don't do it for you, our full list features a legit handcuff-turned-starter with Ty Chandler taking over for a concussed Alexander Mattison. We also have more potential late-season breakouts (Brandin Cooks, Jayden Reed, Odell Beckham Jr., Antonio Gibson) and overlooked contributors (Royce Freeman, Pat Freiermuth). As always, we also feature a slew of Week 11 streamer suggestions at QB, TE, and D/ST, though the pickings are slim at every position except defense. The streamers can be found at the end of the list.
This feels like a week where a lot of high waiver claims will be used, at least in shallow leagues. With two potential starting RBs available -- both of whom have great matchups next week -- it makes sense. However, it's not a guarantee either Singletary or Chandler start in Week 11, and it's even less likely that they start in Week 12. Is your high claim worth a one-week rental? It might be if you're hurting at RB and desperate for a win. However, if you're set at RB, you're better off holding back your high claim unless you want to stash Mitchell.

Next week is a deceptively tough bye week for RBs with the Patriots, Colts, Saints, and Falcons off, so if you want to take on a chance on one of the available RBs (including Freeman), no one would blame you, especially in deep leagues. Otherwise, play it cool and be active in free agency. Too many potential contributors were ignored last week, so don't make that mistake again.

Top fantasy football waiver wire pickups for Week 11
Unless otherwise noted, only players owned in fewer than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues are considered.
Devin Singletary, RB, Texans. Singletary has functioned as Houston's lead back for two-straight games with Dameon Pierce (ankle) out. The results weren't great in Week 9, but he broke out in a big way in Week 10, rushing for 150 yards and a TD on 30 carries against the Bengals. Pierce could be back next week, but even if he is, Singletary has flex potential against Arizona's porous run defense.
Ty Chandler, RB, Vikings. Alexander Mattison exited in the second half because of a concussion, paving the way for Chandler to take over against the Saints. The preseason sleeper candidate finished with 44 yards on 15 carries, and he actually scored on a direct snap earlier in the game when Mattison was healthy. If Mattison is out next week -- which is often the case with players in concussion protocol -- Chandler will be a must-start against Denver's league-worst run defense.
WEEK 11 PPR RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers
Keaton Mitchell, RB, Ravens. Mitchell entered Week 10 with a hamstring ailment, but you wouldn't have known it after his four-touch, 66-total-yard, one-TD showing against Cleveland's dominant defense. The explosive rookie continued his late-season breakout that started last week with his 138-yard performance against Seattle, and he should keep it going in a favorable Thursday night matchup against Cincinnati in Week 11. He'll always be a risk given his relatively low usage, but we expect his touches to ramp up down the stretch.
Noah Brown, WR, Texans. Last week's 153-yard outburst seemed like a fluke, but Brown followed it up with an even better performance in Week 10, catching seven-of-eight targets for 172 yards. He's seen at least five targets in four-straight games, though it should be noted that he's only thrived this year when either Robert Woods or Nico Collins has been out. If both play next week against Arizona, Brown has a lower floor and ceiling, but he's at least worth stashing thanks to Houston's pass-happy offense.
WEEK 11 STANDARD RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers
Demario Douglas, WR, Patriots. Douglas just keeps on producing like the Patriots' No. 1 wide receiver, and while that doesn't give him a high ceiling most weeks, it helps him have a nice PPR floor. He showed that against the Colts, catching six-of-eight targets for a season-high 84 yards. He's averaged five catches and seven targets over his past four games, and he'll have plenty of deep-league value down the stretch after New England's Week 11 bye.
Brandin Cooks, WR, Cowboys. Cooks was dropped in a lot of leagues after a one-catch Week 9, but he came alive in Week 10, hauling in nine-of-10 targets for 173 yards and a TD. He's now scored in three of the past four games, and we know he always has big-play potential. With the way Dak Prescott and the Cowboys' passing game is clicking, Cooks has WR3/flex upside every week, especially next week against Carolina.
Jayden Reed, WR, Packers. Reed hauled in a team-high five catches (five targets) for 84 yards and a TD against the Steelers, giving him either a TD or 80-plus yards (or both) in three of the past four games. Green Bay's WRs remain unpredictable, but clearly, Reed has WR3/flex upside, at least in favorable matchups. He gets the ultimate matchup next week against the Chargers' league-worst pass defense. Grab him now and enjoy the production.
Josh Dobbs, Vikings @ Broncos. Dobbs continued to play well with his new team, throwing for 268 yards and a TD and adding another 44 yards and a TD on the ground. We're not sure how long he can keep it going, but he should be a viable streamer next week against a Broncos' defense that entered Week 10 allowing the sixth-most fantasy points per game to QBs. He needs to be owned in more than 53 percent of Yahoo leagues.
Royce Freeman, RB, Rams. Freeman has out-rushed Darrell Henderson Jr. in each of L.A.'s past three games, and he actually received two more carries (12 to 10) than Henderson in the Rams' last game. You're unlikely to get huge numbers, but a favorable matchup against Seattle makes Freeman a decent flex. Kyren Williams (ankle) is eligible to return in Week 12, so Freeman's usefulness will likely be short-lived, but with six decent RBs on bye this week, you might need him.
Antonio Gibson, RB, Commanders. Gibson is owned in 52 percent of Yahoo leagues, but that number should be higher ahead of a highly favorable matchup against the Giants. Gibson routinely plays around 50 percent of snaps, and he had at least five catches for the third-straight game last week. He also added a touchdown, showcasing a solid ceiling for a PPR flex.
Latavius Murray, RB, Bills. Leonard Fournette didn't play on Monday night, allowing Murray to continue working as Buffalo's secondary runner and primary goal-line back. He responded with 68 yards and a TD on nine carries, and after starter James Cook fumbled twice and mishandled another handoff, it's possible Murray is ticketed for more duty soon. Cook didn't get benched, but it's clear Murray is Buffalo's preferred option inside the 10-yard line. That gives him potential value in deep standard leagues, so stash Murray ahead of a favorable matchup against the Jets. If Cook fumbles again, Murray could take over the starting job.
Pat Freiermuth, TE, Steelers. Freiermuth (hamstring) is eligible to come off the IR in Week 11, and even though he won't be a recommended play against Cleveland's elite TE defense, he's worth stashing for the stretching run.
Odell Beckham Jr., WR, Ravens. Beckham has now scored in two-straight games, and while last week's TD came in garbage time, this one was much more "legit," coming in the third quarter of a competitive game. It was his only catch of the game, so we're not going all-in on the former superstar just yet, but he's clearly heating up, making him worth a bench spot in 12-team leagues. Consider him a boom-or-bust flex next week against Cincinnati.
Quentin Johnston & Jalen Guyton, WRs, Chargers. Keenan Allen was in and out of the game in the second half because of a shoulder injury, and while he ultimately returned (and excelled), he'll need to be monitored throughout the week. Guyton (4-41-1, six targets) did a little more than Johnston (4-31-1, four targets) in Week 10, but if Allen has a setback with his sore shoulder ahead of Week 11, it's anyone's guess as to who will lead the team in catches. Both are worth picking up and using as flexes in deep leagues if Allen can't play against the Packers.
Top fantasy QB streamers for Week 11
Russell Wilson, Broncos vs. Vikings. Wilson has dipped below 50-percent ownership on Yahoo, but he deserves a look against a mediocre Minnesota pass defense. The Vikings are giving up over 17 fantasy points per game (FPPG) to QBs in four-point passing TD leagues, so Wilson has a nice floor and decent ceiling.
Jordan Love, Packers vs. Chargers. Love has been rollercoaster this year, but the Chargers remain the worst pass defense in the NFL. The floor is always low, but the ceiling is high in this favorable home matchup.
Will Levis, Titans @ Jaguars. Levis is owned in 53 percent of Yahoo leagues, but that number will shoot up before he takes on the Jags. Jacksonville has a solid defense that specializes in takeaways, so Levis is unlikely to play a clean game, but he can put up yards and TDs against a Jags' defense that entered last week allowing the 10th-most FPPG before getting roasted by Brock Purdy. Like Love, the floor is low, but we know the ceiling is relatively high, too.
Top fantasy TE streamers for Week 11
Luke Musgrave, Packers vs. Chargers. The talented rookie has seen uneven usage this year, but he has a lot of upside against a Chargers' defense that entered last week allowing the ninth-most FPPG to TEs.
Michael Mayer, Raiders @ Dolphins. At this point, Mayer is more hype than substance, but a matchup against Miami's 10th-worst TE defense could help him break out. He's not a safe play by any stretch, but he should be on your radar if you're desperate at TE.
Chig Okonkwo, Titans @ Jaguars. Fantasy owners have been waiting for Okonkwo to make a big play all season, and it could finally come this week against Jacksonville's bottom-five TE defense. We know Okonwko has a low floor, but if you're desperate in a deep league, he could give you a high ceiling this week.
Noah Fant, Seahawks @ Rams. Like Okonkwo, Fant is a big-play specialist who has a microscopic floor, but just four teams entered last week allowing more FPPG to TEs than the Rams. Fant is only for deep-leaguers, but he has some appeal in Week 11.
Top fantasy defense streamers for Week 11
Detroit Lions vs. Bears. The Bears have been a gift to fantasy D/STs regardless of who's been under center, allowing the second-most FPPG. A road game in a noisy dome against a top run defense and fierce pass rush doesn't figure to help the cause.
Washington Commanders vs. Giants. The Giants' QB situation will continue to be a mess in Week 11, so even a depleted Washington defense can put up points against them. No team entered last week allowing more FPPG to D/STs than the Giants.
Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Titans. The Titans will get some yards and points, but the Jaguars' big-play defense will also rack up plenty of sacks and turnovers against a rookie QB. Entering last week, Jacksonville led the league in takeaways per game, so give them a chance despite a poor showing against San Francisco.
Miami Dolphins vs. Raiders. This should be an easy Dolphins' win, which means rookie Aidan O'Connell will have to drop back often and expose himself to sacks and INTs. Miami can take advantage.
Los Angeles Chargers @ Packers. The Chargers can put up fantasy points in a hurry thanks to their dominant pass rush, and against a low-scoring offense like Green Bay's, they should have a high floor. The ceiling isn't as high as some might like, but L.A. is a "safe" streaming option.
New York Giants @ Commanders. No team allows more sacks than the Commanders, and even the Giants can take advantage for a decent floor and potentially high ceiling.
Houston Texans vs. Cardinals. Kyler Murray's back, but that doesn't mean the Cardinals' protection and turnover woes will be solved. Houston has an underrated, boom-or-bust fantasy defense, so if you're desperate in a deep league, you could do worse.
