With spring around the corner, a big part of winter remains in the spotlight as the 2020 Tim Hortons Brier gets underway.
Officially Canada's national men's curling championship, the Brier consists of 16 teams from across the country. Every province and territory is represented, along with the reigning national champion, a Northern Ontario rep and a wild card team.
Calgary's Kevin Koe is the skip of the Canada team, along with his Glencoe Club teammates. Koe brings a wealth of experience as a four-time Brier winner and two-time world champion. His biggest opposition comes from teams headed by 2006 Olympic gold medalist Brad Gushue, two-time Brier runner-up Brendan Bottcher and up-and-comer Matt Dunstone.
