What time is Tyson Fury vs. Derek Chisora 3 today? PPV schedule, main card start time for 2022 boxing trilogy match image

Unbeaten heavyweight king Tyson Fury will make the third defence of the WBC title when he faces Derek Chisora at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on Saturday. The 12-round bout, plus undercard action, will be broadcast live by BT Box Office (PPV) in the U.K. and by ESPN+ in the U.S.

The 34-year-old Fury began his year against a British opponent in a stadium fight and he will close his year in identical fashion. In April, “The Gypsy King” produced a Knockout of the Year contender when he halted Dillian Whyte in six rounds before 94,000 fans at Wembley Stadium.

“I’ve threw some good punches in my career, but it was definitely a Wembley Stadium showstopper,” said Fury at the post-fight press conference. “A big right uppercut – I think Lennox Lewis could definitely be proud of that. It was a great shot.”

Now firmly established as a stadium filler, the unbeaten Fury heads 13 miles west for a trilogy bout against Chisora, and a crowd of approximately 65,000 is expected to attend the last significant heavyweight bout of the year.

The 38-year-old Chisora is 0-2 against Fury and enters this trilogy matchup as a prohibitive underdog. However, the fighter known as “War” insists that he’ll be giving it everything on fight night and that the enormous odds only serve to motivate him. And the challenger knows that there’s only one way to win this fight.

“I have to knock this man out, for me to win” an intense Chisora told BT Sport. “I cannot win [on points], they’re going to give [the decision] to him. And he knows that… I have to knock him out.”
