A report about Gervonta Davis and Adrien Broner getting into a fistfight before the Saul “Canelo” Alvarez-Sergey Kovalev fight doesn't have any merit as far as Showtime president Stephen Espinoza is concerned.

Espinoza took to his Twitter account Sunday morning and refuted sources who told DAZN’s Chris Mannix that Broner and Davis fought outside of Canelo’s locker room before the Alvarez-Kovalev fight and that Broner punched “Tank” and hit Davis’s public relations guy with a haymaker.
Your "sources" are bullshit. https://t.co/IFpWVx66SX

If a professional boxer - Broner or otherwise - hit a "PR guy" with a "haymaker," then said PR guy would be in the ER. Having seen & spoken with said PR guy, that never happened.

Broner and Davis have been longtime friends, frequently spotted backstage during fights.
Davis tweeted from his account early Sunday suggesting the rumor was untrue. Broner has not yet commented on Mannix's report.
