Will Tyson Fury fight Anthony Joshua? Is Fury retired? Did Fury trick you into believing any of it? Why is he still ranting on social media?

These are the questions top of mind. Since retiring in April, Fury has openly opined about a comeback, calling out Derek Chisora, Anthony Joshua, and Oleksandr Usyk. Regarding Joshua, a “Battle of the Brits” has had some traction, but nothing officially materialized. Fury has gone on social media to complain about Joshua not signing his end of the deal, calling him every name in the book.

Matchroom Boxing and Eddie Hearn have discussed his recent posts. Meeting about a fight can hold more value than social media posts saying whether the bout is on or off, per Hearn. If Fury doesn’t fight Joshua, he could face Manuel Charr or wait until Usyk is available.

Will any of these fights even happen? What is Fury's endgame?

On this episode of Fightin’ Words, The Sporting News' Andreas Hale discusses why he is so tired of Fury's act on social media. Per Hale, “A great fighter in the ring, Fury has been a troll on social media, and it's causing chaos in the boxing world — all because 'The Gypsy King' wants your attention."
