Shortly after Anthony Joshua recorded a seventh-round TKO of Alexander Povetkin on Saturday, Tyson Fury took to his Instagram account and blasted the unified world heavyweight champion, calling him a "bum."
Well, Joshua woke up Sunday and posed a question to Fury and his 2.1 million Twitter followers: "Why so serious?"
Joshua threw in a clown emoji for good measure along with a screenshot of Fury blocking him on Twitter.

Perhaps Fury blocking Joshua and his Matchroom Boxing promoter on Twitter was triggered by a possible backlash he received from talking down on the champ Saturday night.
"I think it's safe to say now that not team Joshua or Matchroom will ever fight the Gypsy King. Never," Fury said in an Instagram video, which has since been removed from his account.
Fury felt slighted that Joshua didn't mention him as a possible opponent.
"They mentioned if it's not [Deontay] Wilder, it'll be [Dillian] Whyte, there's no mention of Tyson Fury, the lineal heavyweight champion of the world," Fury continued. "It's all right fighting men who are 39 years old (Povetkin), half your size. Tonight is pure evidence that I'm fighting the best heavyweight out there in Deontay Wilder. Joshua is not even close. He's slow, methodical, ponderous at times. Powerful yes, but they all are.
"Very, very clear to say 'avoid me at all costs.' If I was you, Joshua, I'd avoid me because I would jab your face off, you bum. I've never seen a bigger bum in my life."
Quite the statement. Fury can change Joshua's opinion of him Dec. 1 when he faces Wilder. If Fury defeats Wilder, perhaps it would pave the way for a Fury-Joshua bout at Wembley Stadium on April 13.
