Tony Romo: 'We're going to win a Super Bowl next year' image

Tony Romo intends to live up to his side of the deal with former Duke player, Jahlil Okafor.

The two have an agreement in place for Okafor to win a national championship, which he did, and Romo to win a Super Bowl. The Cowboys quarterback plans to live up to his end of the bargain this season. While accepting the Nancy Lieberman Lifetime Achievement Award, Romo ended the speech with a simple sentence.

"This award is very meaningful to me, mostly because I get to be associated with this and to be associated with Nancy," Romo said. "It's incredible and I really appreciate you, and we're going to win a Super Bowl next year."

Though he said it in a softer tone than Cowboys fans would have preferred, he still said it.
