Alex De Minaur will begin his Wimbledon campaign on Tuesday against Sebastian Korda. 

De Minaur, currently 15th on the ATP Rankings, is also the 15th seed at the tournament. 

He is the highest-ranked Australian in the men's singles draw.

WHEN IS ALEX DE MINAUR PLAYING NEXT?

De Minaur's next match will be against American Sebastian Korda in the first round of Wimbledon.

His last match was against Marco Cecchinato, where he lost in four sets in the second round of the French Open.

Alex de Minaur remains the top-ranked Australian at world number 15.

With the majority of the ATP season cancelled to the pandemic, De Minaur's maiden grand slam quarter-final appearance at the US Open along with a finals appearance at the  European Open in October has him assured of a seeding at the first grand slam of the year.

His absence from the 2020 edition of the tournament has him primed for a career-high ranking with a strong showing at the Australian Open.

ALEX DE MINAUR SECURES MAIDEN QUARTER FINAL GRAND SLAM APPEARANCE

De Minaur made his maiden quarter-final grand slam appearance at the 2020 US Open following a dream run through the tournament.

Entering as the 21st seed, De Minaur made quick work of Slovakian Andrej Martin in the first round 6-4 6-3 7-5. 

He would overcome a struggling serve as he dealt with former top ten player Richard Gasquet in the second round  6-4 6-3 6-7 (6-8) 7-5.

From here, he would produce an epic comeback to overcome 11th seed  Karen Khachanov,  recording a miraculous 6-4 0-6 4-6 6-3 6-1 victory.

His spot in the final eight was shortly confirmed after dominating Canadian  Vasek Pospisil in straight sets.

Unfortunately, he would fail to reach the semi-finals, defeated by eventual winner Dominic Thiem 6-1 6-2 6-4.
