Nick Kyrgios has continued his strong start to the Australian summer - but it didn't come without drama.

In his second round match in the Murray River Open against Harry Bourchier, Kyrgios overcame a controversial time violation to win in straight sets.

During the second set, Kyrgios walked off the court after being given a time violation - and he wasn't happy, audibly getting stuck into the umpire over the decision and saying "I'm not playing" multiple times.

Eventually the issue was resolved, and the 25-year old went on to claim a 6-2 7-6 victory.

After the match, Kyrgios was in a much happier mood and said he loves playing in Melbourne.
