Whilst the majority of fans were enthralled with the action, Newman hit out at the pair for their constant grunting after each shot.
"Nick and Rafa, grunt on." he said via social media.
"Give us a break."

Naturally, this garnered many fans to hit back at the Geelong Hall of Famer, telling him to enjoy the world-class action.

Don't watch, turn the volume down or just put up with it. The greatest athletes in the world get to the top of their craft by doing it their way. Accept it or not just appreciate it.

This isn't the first time that Newman has voiced his displeasure with the action, saying that 15-year-old sensation Coco Gauff would be perfect if she went mute.
"What a fantastic thought.. I hope Coco become mute soon. THEN she’ll be perfect," he said in a response to a message regarding her enormous talent.
