Tomorrow's Super Bowl promises some all-time great entertainment, but the same can't be said for the Australian Open final between Novak Djokovic and Dominic Thiem at Rod Laver Arena.
That's what the vast majority of viewers are saying, anyway.
Australian group Human Nature took to the court to perform a song just moments before Djokovic and Thiem stepped into the arena.
The vocal group, who formed in the late-1980s, sang one song, which seemed to leave the capacity crowd underwhelmed.
Many people wondered why such an old group was hired for the Australian Open's showpiece evening.
Surely there's a more relevant act going around?
Of all the entertainers they had to choose from...they chose...human...nature...

Human Nature, really? 🤮 Poor choice.#AustralianOpen 🎾
Scraping the bottom of the barrel with Human Nature don't you think?? Good way to send the crowd to sleep. Then again, it is a tennis crowd.#ausopen #AusOpen2020

Imagine psyching yourself up as a fan in Rod Laver Arena only for Human Nature to come out and kill the vibe #ausopen

Some just called it sad.

Even worse, it was the 1980s (according to a Wikipedia search).
#AO2020 human nature was formed in the 90’s, they should have stayed there.. cringing hard

Stat!
#Thiem was three-and-a-half when Human Nature released their first studio album, Telling Everybody (1997) #AusOpen

Potentially the most lowkey, yet very scathing assesment yet.
Not sure how Human Nature extended their career beyond the late 90s tbqh but I disapproved
