Andy Murray is to make his long-awaited comeback from injury against enigmatic Australian Nick Kyrgios at the forthcoming Fever-Tree Championships at the Queen's Club.
Former world number one and three-time grand slam champion Murray has not played since his quarter-final defeat to Sam Querrey at Wimbledon last year, and underwent hip surgery in January.
He has returned to the practice courts but his recovery has been slower than he anticipated and he was forced to withdraw from the Rosmalen Grass Court Championships earlier this month.

Murray has won all five matches against Kyrgios, including a straight-sets demolition in the round of 16 at Wimbledon in their most recent meeting in 2016.
But the Scot's ranking has dropped to 157th due to his inactivity and uncertainty surrounds the 31-year-old's comeback.
Kyrgios, currently 24th on the ATP Rankings, is also on the comeback trail from an elbow injury that saw him withdraw from the French Open at the 11th hour.
Murray is a five-time champion at the Queen's Club but was knocked out in the first round by Aussie Jordan Thompson last year.
