After sealing top spot in UEFA Champions League Group B, finishing the first phase with a 1-1 draw away to Dutch side PSV, Arsenal return to Premier League action this weekend as they welcome Brighton & Hove Albion to Emirates Stadium.

That result made it back-to-back outings without victory for Mikel Arteta's side, who were beaten 1-0 by Aston Villa last time out in the English top flight. That saw Liverpool snatch top spot away from the Gunners, who'll be desperate to regain the league summit in this latest outing.

But even though Brighton have looked a little wayward of late, they still represent another huge challenge for Arsenal, especially as the away side have won on each of their past three visits to this venue.

The South Coast club have won just two of their previous 10 Premier League fixtures, but manager Roberto De Zerbi will be keen to get his side going with a statement win here as they look to qualify for Europe again this season.

    Arsenal vs Brighton best bet

    • Pick: Both teams to score — YES
    • Odds: 1.75 (Unibet)

With an average of 3.81 goals scored — the highest tally in the Premier League of any side — matches involving Brighton in England's top flight this season have delivered the action.

In fact, with all 16 of their league matches this season witnessing both sides score, it's difficult not to back the same outcome in this matchup at the Emirates.

This selection actually offers a decent amount of value compared to what was expected, and with Brighton becoming the first side in top-flight history since Newcastle United in 1957/58 to both score and concede in 20 consecutive matches, it feels a bit of a no-brainer.

    Arsenal vs Brighton flier bet

    • Pick: Evan Ferguson to score anytime
    • Odds: 4.20 (Unibet)

With goals aplenty expected in this match between Arsenal and Brighton, it makes sense to back the main threat in the visiting lineup, particularly given the favourable odds.

This season, Evan Ferguson has netted one more Premier League strike than Arsenal's Bukayo Saka as he continues to establish himself as one of the competition's best young players with six goals to his name in 2023/24.

Most of the Republic of Ireland striker's finishes have come on home soil, with just one coming away from home. Even so, he possesses the ability to score against any opponent on his day.
