Brumbies thrashed Reds 29-0 to move two points clear at the top of the Super Rugby table.
Stephen Larkham's side had already hammered their opponents 47-3 earlier in the season, and they put in another dominant showing on Saturday.
Prop Ben Alexander scored two of Brumbies' five tries, with Stephen Moore, Ita Vaea and Christian Lealiifano also crossing the whitewash.
"You've got to beat the teams from your conference to get through to the finals and we certainly put in enough to keep our rhythm together tonight against the Reds," Larkham said.
"We always enjoy winning up here. I'm particularly pleased with the bonus point and with keeping the Reds scoreless. That's no tries for the Reds against us in 160 minutes of rugby in 2015."
Brumbies are two points clear of Hurricanes - who have four wins out of four - and four ahead of the other conference leaders Stormers, who saw their 100 per cent come to an end with a 28-19 defeat at the hands of Chiefs.
Aaron Cruden was the star for the victors, scoring one try and adding a further 13 points with the boot to inspire Chiefs to a fourth win in five.
Dan Carter kicked 14 points in Crusaders' comfortable 34-6 win over Lions, while Highlanders mounted a stirring fightback to defeat Waratahs 26-19.
Tries from Nick Phipps and Matt Carraro put Waratahs 12-0 up inside 20 minutes, but Highlanders hit back through Tom Franklin, Waisake Naholo, Ben Smith and Patrick Osborne.
Those four scores secured Highlanders a bonus-point win, while Waratahs' third try from Stephen Hoiles counted for little.
Elsewhere, Sharks ran in four tries - including a brace for Marcell Coetzee - to secure a 27-10 bonus-point win at Cheetahs.
