Stormers produced a superb second half display to defeat Waratahs 32-18 and snap a three-match losing streak in Super Rugby.

Allister Coetzee's Stormers headed to Sydney desperate to return to the form that saw them win their opening five matches.

Stormers had failed to score a try in Sydney since Marce 2007, but they ran in four on Saturday to pick up a bonus point.

Centre Damian de Allende scored two tries for the South African side, while Kobus van Wyk and Cheslin Kolbe also touched down.

Waratahs led by two points at half-time, but Stormers turned it around after the break - Van Wky starting the comeback with a 60 metre sprint for the line, before Allende and Kolbe added the late scores.

Meanwhile in other matches, the Bulls won an exhilarating 10-try thriller 43-22 at home to Reds to remain top of the South Arica conference - Francois Hougaard running in two of the home team's tries.

Highlanders ended a six-match losing run in a surprise come-from-behind 25-20 win at Crusaders in Christchurch.

Crusaders had moved 14-3 ahead early on, but Highlanders rebounded well with Waisake Naholo scoring a double.

Joe Pietersen kicked 14 points as Cheetahs won 24-15 at force, while Lions edged out Sharks 23-21.
