England assistant coaches Graham Rowntree, Mike Catt and Andy Farrell are all set to leave their roles in the wake of Eddie Jones replacing Stuart Lancaster as head coach.

The trio were all part of a backroom team under Lancaster that oversaw a disastrous Rugby World Cup campaign in which England were eliminated in the pool stage on home soil.
Lancaster subsequently resigned his post last month and was succeeded by former Australia and Japan coach Jones.
Rumours subsequently started gathering pace that Aussie Jones would look to restructure his backroom team, and the Rugby Football Union (RFU) confirmed on Monday that backs coach Farrell, forwards coach Rowntree and skills coach Catt will leave their positions.
"Having met with all of the coaches to talk through the future direction, we felt it was the right time to make changes," said Jones in a statement.
"They are all experienced guys and have contributed greatly to this England team over recent years and I know everyone at the Union is appreciative of their hard work and commitment.
"On behalf of the players that have benefited from their coaching and RFU, I wish them the very best for the future."
Farrell, who was brought into the England set-up in 2012, was criticised in some quarters over a perceived influence on key decisions at the World Cup, including the choice to play son Owen Farrell in place of George Ford in the pool stage defeat to Wales, and pushing for Sam Burgess to feature against the will of other players.
Rowntree worked with the senior team since 2008 and was assistant to Martin Johnson when England last won the Six Nations in 2011.
Catt, a member of the England side that won the 2003 World Cup, linked up with the team as a coach ahead of the tour to South Africa in 2012.
Saracens' defence coach Paul Gustard is widely expected to become part of Jones' new-look backroom team, with the Premiership club's head coach Mark McCall confirming he had been offered the chance to join England's staff.
Japan forwards coach and former England lock Steve Borthwick has also been heavily linked with a position.
