Nothing beats an old-fashioned tiff between two brothers.
Less than two days after the State of Origin opener, NSW legend Andrew Johns has refused to turn up for a scheduled radio appearance as a feud with older brother Matty Johns continues.
The pair were involved in a heated spat in the lead-up to Origin, with the SEN host's consistent praise of Billy Slater and Queensland clearly getting under the skin of the eighth Immortal.
“Mate I’m sick of you rapping Queensland, that’s what I’m sick of,” Andrew said last month.
“Put your Maroon jersey on, you should have some at home. Just because you played four games and lost four doesn’t mean you need to s**t bag NSW.”

Andrew Johns criticises NSW Blues after Game 1 loss
Johns certainly didn't mince his words in the post-game fallout, taking aim at the Blues and their lack of points despite the weight of possession and field position.
Despite numerous opportunities throughout the night, NSW could only muster up three tries and two of them weren't exactly clinical pieces of play.
“Their attack was terrible," Johns told Channel Nine.
"They had so much momentum and so much possession. There was one really good try for Liam Martin when the halves got together, Api Koroisau scored a dubious try and Stephen Crichton scored off a kick.
"With all that field position… you’ve got to score. Queensland’s scramble was sensational and they were courageous – but you’ve just got to be better.
"I thought NSW were really poor."
Matty Johns reveals ongoing rift with Immortal brother
During his weekly Morning Glory show on SEN, Johns jokingly threw to his brother Andrew, who had opted not to appear on the show following the Blues' loss on Wednesday night.
But according to the 51-year-old host, the no-show had nothing to do with Origin.
“It’s official, Andrew Johns, my brother, is completely off me,” he said.
“There were rumours he may not have come in. I thought the last three weeks of not returning phone calls, I thought it was laziness. Obviously not.
“I will say this, and I’ll defend my brother here, this morning him not coming here has nothing to do with State of Origin. I thought his comments after the game were very strong and up front and honest.
“The bottom line is he’s off me. It’s nothing new for me and Joey. We were forced to share a bedroom for 19 years.
"Every six months we have a blue like this, and it gives us a break from each other.”
