The curtain comes down on the 2024 NRL Women's season today as the Grand Final takes place at Sydney's Accor Stadium, and following another record-breaking year of Women's Rugby League, the Sydney Roosters and Cronulla-Sutherland sharks go to battle in a Sydney derby to decide who'll win this year's NRLW Premiership.

Finishing second on the regular-season ladder, the Roosters won an end-to-end Semi Final against the Newcastle Knights in Sydney, with Samantha Bremner and Jocelyn Kelleher leading them to a 25-16 victory. Cronulla, meanwhile, produced an upset to dump the Minor Premiers out of the running, defeating Brisbane Broncos 14-0 away from home to reach the big dance.

The Sporting News looks at the key details ahead of the 2024 NRLW Grand Final, including how to watch the match, kickoff times and the latest lineup news as another big season of Women's Rugby League draws to a close in Sydney.

Roosters vs. Sharks team lists for 2024 NRLW Grand Final

The Roosters backline clinically clicked into gear against the Knights last weekend, with winger Brydie Parker opening the scoring and talismanic fullback Samantha Bremner also notching two tries. Hooker Keeley Davis also crossed for a four-pointer as Sydney's playmaking spine cranked up the pressure, with Jocelyn Kelleher kicking eight points off the tee and her halves partner Tarryn Aitken adding a field goal.

Meanwhile, Cronulla were also on song in a dominant first-half display against the Broncos at Langlands Park in Brisbane, with centres Tiana Penitani and Annessa Biddle crossing for tries inside the opening 40 minutes. Halfback Tayla Preston could only convert Penitani's effort — when winger Cassie Staples touched down in the same corner, in the only scoring of the second half, the Sharks number 7 missed by a whisker as Cronulla held on to win 14-0.
