Parramatta host North Queensland desperate for a win after slipping to two straight defeats without Mitch Moses.

Dylan Brown has been installed as halfback, but Brad Arthur has elected to pair him with a new five-eighth with Blaize Talagi dropped for Daejarn Asi.

That's not the only big decision the under-pressure coach has made with Maika Sivo also dropped to the reserves after some underwhelming displays.

The Cowboys' attack is firing with Scott Drinkwater bouncing back to his best after struggling against the Broncos in Round 4.

Although Todd Payten will still be concerned with his side's porous defence after they allowed the Titans to score 22 points during last week's victory.
