NRL team lists are officially in for round 12, meaning it's time to tidy up your Supercoach team.

Looking at the lineups and casualty wardSporting News has you covered for players you need to target and avoid for your Supercoach selections.

Here are the buy, hold and sells heading into round 12.

BUY

RYAN MATTERSON

PRICE PRICE CHANGE BREAK EVEN
$711,400 +$51.3k 38

With his concussion problems finally behind him, Matterson is the most in-form forward in Supercoach. His price is high and rising, but he will be a 'keeper' from here on out. It simply doesn’t seem to matter if he’s starting or coming off the bench, the backrower is performing to incredible standards. He offers a glut of attacking stats, while also producing his standard 50+ points in base. A must have.

JACOB KIRAZ

PRICE PRICE CHANGE BREAK EVEN
$175,400 $0 -83

The Bulldogs youngster presents as the best ‘cheapie’ option available this week, after he was named in the side despite Josh Addo-Carr’s return. The obvious caveat is that he is joining the worst attacking team in the comp. However, the high work-rate and ability to offload means he’s produced strong base stats on the way to two scores in the 70’s.

HOLD

JASON TAUMALOLO

PRICE PRICE CHANGE BREAK EVEN
$488,500 -$70.3k 122

After starting to show signs of the old Lolo, the past few weeks have been frustrating. In round 10, he barely got his jersey dirty on the way to just 24 points. Meanwhile, last week it got even worse as the big forward went off early with a knee injury. Thankfully, it doesn’t sound like a serious one though, so hold onto the Cowboy for now.

SIOSIFA TALAKAI

PRICE PRICE CHANGE BREAK EVEN
$601,700 -$71k 123

It's been a month of turgid scores from the wrecking ball, where he has failed to register above 50 points once. Yet still we persevere. His recent upgrade to dual status is the major talking point, here. It makes him the top-scoring CTW in the game, so for that reason you must hold onto him (and hope he faces Morgan Harper again sometime soon).

SELL

TOM TRBOJEVIC

PRICE PRICE CHANGE BREAK EVEN
$755,400 -$75.9k 156

Unfortunately, Turbo’s season is over. After being unplayable last year, he was just unplayable this year. A mix of underwhelming form and injuries cruelling his campaign before he ever really got going.

XAVIER COATES

PRICE PRICE CHANGE BREAK EVEN
$470,200 -$98.6k 132

While Melbourne continues to stink it up in attack, Coates keeps leaking cash. It would have been better to sell him last week, but if you still have him now is the time to get rid.
