NRL referees: Match officials for every game in Round 9

The major debate surrounding the action last week was whether the correct decision was made by the Bunker in disallowing Api Koroisau a try during the Tigers' loss to the Broncos. 

Graham Annesley backed the call after Grant Atkins had initially awarded the try only for Peter Gough to chalk it off on review after seeing separation between ball and hand. 

"Under the strict interpretation of the rule I can understand how the Bunker came up with that decision," Annesley noted.

However, Gough has been taken off Bunker duty this week and will instead just referee a game when he takes the whistle for a Queensland derby between the Cowboys and Dolphins. 

Another major area of controversy stemmed from the Eels and Sea Eagles game with Brad Arthur spotting how Tom Trbojevic was offside from the kick, prior to Will Penisini being sent to the sin-bin for bringing him down during the chase. 

Gerrard Sutton was the on-field ref for that match but won't feature out in the middle at all this week as he has instead been assigned two fixtures as the Bunker official. 

This follows on from last week when fellow veteran official Ashley Klein was also given two matches in the Bunker. 

Meanwhile, Wyatt Raymond hasn't been selected out in the middle for the first time since making his debut a few weeks ago, with Belinda Sharpe to take charge of the Titans and Storm clash.
